What is the hiring process like?

Our hiring process consists of three steps: First, we carefully review your application. If selected, you'll have a phone interview to discuss your experience and interests. Finally, candidates will complete an unpaid trial shift for a few hours at one of our market events to experience the role firsthand.

Do I need prior experience in the beverage industry?

While experience is beneficial for some positions, we value enthusiasm, customer service skills, and a willingness to learn. Many of our roles offer on-the-job training for the right candidates.

What should I wear to my interview?

We recommend business casual attire for interviews. This shows professionalism while aligning with our relaxed but polished company culture.

Are there opportunities for advancement?
