Event Packages

We recommend booking at least 4-6 weeks in advance for most events, and 2-3 months for peak season events (May-September) or large gatherings. This ensures we can secure your date and have time to customize your experience.

Our rates start at $150/hour and include setup and teardown time, all equipment, ingredients for our signature sodas, cloud foam toppings, cups, straws, napkins, and professional staff to serve your guests. We bring everything needed for a complete experience.

We typically provide 1 staff member for every 50 guests. For events with more than 100 guests, we'll bring additional staff to ensure quick service and a great experience for everyone.

Absolutely! We love creating custom flavors that match your event theme or company colors. Custom flavor development is included in our Premium Package, or can be added to any package for an additional fee. Please contact us at least 3 weeks before your event to discuss custom options.

We require a 50% deposit to secure your booking. Cancellations made more than 14 days before your event will receive a full deposit refund. Cancellations within 7-14 days will receive a 50% deposit refund. Cancellations less than 7 days before the event are non-refundable.
